[12/17/16] We're excited to announce Mr. Stemle (second grade teacher at Maple) has decided to coach a Chess Club at Maple! In late January, we'll start our own Chess Club after school for students. We need 2-3 parents that are able to help Coach Stemle. Parent volunteers don't need to know how to play chess to help. Having parent volunteers will allow our club to have more students participate. Club practice will take place after school at 2:10-3:10pm on Tuesdays. The club will need help with snack coordination and parent communication and registration as well. If you're interested and able to help, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
[12/14/16] This cold weather is a good reminder that famlies can donate clothing and outerwear to the Maple Closet. Any clothing donations, both for children and adults, can be given. The Maple Closet is located in Ms. Robin Lee's office. You can bring donations to her office (located just off of the front office) or place your bag of clothing underneath the volunteer table, also in the front office. Clothing is made available to Maple families in need, and the nurse's office.
