West Seattle potter hopes to create happiness through her ceramics

Congratulations to Hope Lutheran parent and potter Nicole Pepper on her debut on King5! Nicole and fellow potter and teacher Marie Tornow introduced students at Hope from preschool to grade 5 to the wonders of pottery making several years ago through an PTH sponsored Artist in Residence program.

king5.com While watching Nicole Pepper work on pieces for her shop, MODHomeceramics , you can easily see how passionate she is about pottery. Whether she's carving sgraffito designs on a plate , throwing a po t on the wheel, or unloading a fresh batch of pieces from her kiln, she does it all with a smile.
